Spring Green, Wisconsin

Spring Green, Wisconsin, held between the Wisconsin River and the bluffs that close the valley on both sides. The braided sandbars and islands are drawn the way the river actually lays them down, with the village and the rail line on the north bank, the section grid of the farm fields running out to the edges, and the wooded coulees of the Driftless rising toward Taliesin in the south. The first print in the Driftless Series. Printed on archival stock and made to hang for a long time.
